Alpaca Yarn

Alpaca yarn from Snowshoe Farm is available in several weights and blends. Currently, we offer 100% alpaca fingering weight yarn, an alpaca sock blend which is 60% alpaca, 20% wool and 20% tencel and a worsted weight yarn which is 50% alpaca and 50% wool.

Our yarn is spun in small batches, to our specifications, by Sallies Fen Fibers, in Barrington, NH.

All yarn is hand dyed at Snowshoe Farm using Greener Shades dyes.

Note: We just received yarn from the mill and are in the process of dyeing for fall fiber festivals. If you have a request for dyed yarn, send us an email.
